يستخدم على نطاق واسع في لبنان، وله طعم قوي للغاية، ويستخدمه الناس في  المنقوشة التقليدية. مفيد جداً كنبات زينة في المناظر الطبيعية..يمكن استخدامه للزراعة لرسم حدود في الحدائق والحاويات. أنها عالية في محتوى الزيت العطري.

It is widely used Lebanon, has a very strong taste, people use it in the Oregano mix with Traditional manoushe. Very useful as filling plant in the landscape..Could be used to plant at hedges, borders, containers. It is high in essential oil content.
