لها أوراق مبهرجة ذات لونين أخضر في الأعلى ورمادي في الأسفل. سخية في الزهور في الربيع ولها أيضًا ثمار مبهرجة (غير صالحة للأكل) في الخريف. تسكن المرتفعات العالية التي يزيد ارتفاعها عن 1300 متر. هل مزيج جميل جدا مع الأرز والشوح.

Has showy leaves of two colors green on top and gray at bottom. Generous in flowers in the spring and has also showy fruits (inedible) in fall.  Inhabit high altitudes above 1300 m elevation. Does very nice combination with Cedars and Firs.
