يمكن لأرز لبنان أن ينجح فوق ارتفاع 1000 متر، ويمكن أن تنمو شجرة طويلة العمر لمئات وآلاف السنين. يبدأ بالشكل الهرمي خلال الثلاثين إلى الأربعين سنة الأولى، ثم يبدأ في اتخاذ شكل الفروع المسطحة ويتوقف عن النمو في الارتفاع. ومن واجب كل لبناني حمايتها، في الطبيعة وفي حدائقنا المنزلية (التي يزيد ارتفاعها عن 1000م).

Cedar of Lebanon can thrive above 1000 m elevation, a long lived tree can grow for hundreds and thousands of years. Starts with having a pyramidal shape the first thirty to forty years, then it starts to take a flat branches shape and stops from growing taller. It is the duty of every Lebanese to protect it, in nature and in our home gardens (those that are above 1000 m elevation)
